Muhammad Khattak
PARTNERAfter earning his LLM in Conflict Resolution (Legal Practice) from the University of Law. Mr. Muhammad Khattak has extensive experience in handling cases of corporate and commercial nature civil disputes. He has successfully represented clients from all over Pakistan and international and gained valuable experience in government-led litigations. Moreover, is empaneled at various legal panels of government departments and corporations as well as he represents international clients, facilitating their business and non-business interests in Pakistan. Additionally, Mr. Khattak is knowledgeable in and consumer laws and holds a firm grip over contract law and commercial drafting. He contributes to the society by serving as a visiting faculty member at his alma mater upto date.
Sanaullah Khan
PARTNERMr. Sanaullah manages and supervises all litigation matters at the firm. Prior to this, he served as a Parliamentary Research Associate for the European Union in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly. Mr. Sanaullah is knowledgeable in many areas of law, but mainly practices in service and employment matters, civil matters, electoral affairs, commercial litigation, and all types of company compliance from incorporation to liquidation. He has effectively represented clients in various tribunals such as the Services Tribunal of Pakistan, National Industries Relations Commission, Federal Board of Revenue Tribunals, and High Courts.

RETIRED BPS-22Mr. Irshad has remained Chairman Federal Board or Revenue and has a vast 35 years of experience in different positions within the Tax Regulators in Islamic Republic of Pakistan. He advises on various complexities of tax laws and regulations and provide support and guidance to LEX ELIT to help them comply with applicable tax laws and regulations, minimize their tax liability, and plan their finances in a tax-efficient manner for the clients of the firm. .
FAHIMULLAH KHATTAK
(RETIRED BPS-22)Mr. Fahim has served as Secretary Finance and Accountant general of two provinces multiple and has been Financial advisor to the Ministry of Defence. His 35 years of expertise on Audit and, Financial management as well as public procurement laws enables LEX ELIT to be well versed in due diligence of entities, as well as advise clients on how financial management in public biddings and tenders should be dealt with in order to avoid future Audit objections or financial mismanagement. .
